Rescue excavations revealed four mosaic panels depicting scenes from the four famous works of Menander : Perikeiromene, Philadelphoi, Synaristosai and Theophoroumene. The figural depictions are surrounded with smaller geometric panels. The limits of the mosaic panels can be identified but no remains of architecture have been found. Probably 2nd - 4th c. A.D. |
