Excavations at « House A ». During the earlier phase of the house, the floors were partially paved with mosaics (opus tessellatum) and partially with opus sectile. In the later phase, some floors have been paved with opus spicatum and some with undecorated tile slabs. Excavations at the Northern Necropolis. In a grave chamber revealed in trench A, remains of opus spicatum pavement have been observed. In the same trench, a later opus spicatum pavement has been found on a higher level, probably from the Byzantinian period (5th-6th c. A.D.)
