Two phases of Early Christian mosaics were excavated in fragmentary form, the first dated to the 5th century, the second to the 6th century. Both featured geometric motifs. The 6th-century mosaic was in the antechamber of an apsidal structure and was subsequently abandoned in favour of a burial ground (fig. 73). |
