The authors present the results of the study conducted in Bishop Genesius Church focusing on the full documentation of the monument and its mosaic pavement. The intervention was proved urgent in order to prevent further damage to the monument. Restoration was also conducted to form an accurate study of the various parts of the pavement through laboratory analysis that mainly aimed at selecting the most suitable materials for conservation. |
