Archaeometric studies of the building materials of the Church of Aya Yorgi (Hagia Isothia), Isparta, in order to provide reference material for future conservation work. These include the analysis of the tesserae and mortar layers of the mosaic pavement, which represents geometric and floral motifs and decorates the apse. The green, black and white units have been identified as pebbles. |
