Exhibition of mosaics and drawings by contemporary Serbian artists and the accompanying catalogue. The topic of the exhibition and catalogue is the exploration of Gordana Cvetković Tomašević in the territory of Belgrade – the discovery of ancient mosaics on the Kosančićev Venac locality, beneath the remains of the National Library of Serbia, and her interpretation of the mosaic from the narthex of the Great Basilica in Heraclea Lyncestis (p.10-11 and 36-37), that the Christian cosmos consisted of four regions (heaven, paradise, earth and water). Contemporary artists have described and presented these four regions in drawing and in mosaic.
