Holy Land Mosaics. A Bridge of Tesserae across the Mediterranean

The purpose of the exhibition is to produce full-scale copies of mosaics referring to different historical periods and sites in Palestine, which were prepared by experts and technicians from the Mosaic Centre in Jerico and by Italian mosaicists. The mosaics represent various periods and include the border of the pavement of the Roman villa in Nablus, as well as mosaics from the Church of the Nativity of Bethlehem, the Church of Shellal pavement south of Gaza, and the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem.
