The paper presents the mosaics from Halikarnassos and discusses the identification of workshop focusing on a geometric pattern. This pattern (tangent four-pointed stars) was popular in mosaics of the southern Caria and on the Dodecanese during the Late Antiquity and was probably the ‘signature pattern’ of a mosaic workshop based in Cos. |
