La autora analiza detenidamente los rasgos iconográficos de los bustos alegóricos de las estaciones, representados en el mosaico de Los amores de Zeus, de Itálica, para afirmar que los mismos fueron hechos intencionadamente por los musivarios con objeto de relacionar el avance de las estaciones y el paso del tiempo con los cambios en sus personificaciones humanas y con los diferentes estados de la naturaleza durante el año, resaltando la importancia de la luz, del color y de la temperatura. |
