Baraj sonrası Zeugma’da yapılan kazı çalışmaları

The article describes excavation activities following the completion of rescue excavations. In 2002 and 2003, four campaigns were carried out which revealed several mosaic pavements with geometric and figural patterns. These include a black and white mosaic with a polychrome bust of Ge, a triclinium mosaic consisting of two scenes (“Achilleus on Skyros” and “Theonoe”); two impluvium mosaics, decorated with a bust of Dionysos and the scene of ‘Danae in Seriphos’ respectively, as well as a poorly preserved mosaic in which an Eros figure can be identified in the central panel surrounded by masks, flowers and birds.
