In Platanista street a roman house was revealed which is probably dated to the 2nd cent. Its floor mosaic is of a mixed technique fragments of amphorae were used in the outer band and stone and ceramic tesserae of an irregular shape were used for the main theme, which features a medallion with a six-leaved rosette and current spirals. |
